Our permalloy annealing treatment steps:

(1) Furnace loading and processing of different customers and unified requirements of temperature in batches, separate furnace processing to achieve different product demand values
(2) The average temperature rises to 1100 to 1200 degrees, and the temperature of many products is inconsistent, which is determined by customer requirements or the characteristics of the processed products
(3) When the temperature reaches the set value, keep the temperature in the furnace for 4 to 6 hours to ensure that the magnetic induction effect reaches the saturation value
(4) After the holding time is up, it will be cooled to 480 degrees Celsius at an average rate of 100 to 200 degrees Celsius per hour to reach a stable value
(5) When the temperature stays at 480 degrees Celsius for half an hour, it can be opened and ready to be baked after it drops down sharply to 400 degrees Celsius
